For those of you who prayed for us during this past weekend, thank you so much! And for those who are not aware of our 'blueberry scare', let me quickly explain.
On Sunday morning, when we got her out of her crib, it appeared that she had vomited blood and what looked like a blood clot. Later, when she started to run a fever, and began vomitting repeatidly, Jake and I took her to the Emergency Room. (Our Pediatrician was missing in action- a WHOLE other awful story!!)
The ER doctor took chest x-rays and sent the 'blood clot' to pathology. He strongly felt that it was a blood clot and urged us to see our doctor the following day.
On Monday, after numerous calls to our Pediatrician (still not answering phones), and after getting no help from other local doctors, I took her up to Hasbro Children's Hospital to be checked out. She was still running a fever.
To make a long story much shorter, by God's grace, the hospital called with good news! The Pathology report said that it was not a blood clot at all...but a blueberry!!!! God is good. We were so relieved and thankful for God's mercy to us.
Gracie is over her stomach virus (which came a day later)...and we now have a new wonderful Pediatrician! Thank you again for your prayers and concern.

Wonderful news! We rejoice with you all!!! We love you guys very much. Tell Gracie we love her too.
By the way...We had a similar situation when Christina was a baby...turns out, though, it was a Snozberry.
Even the Pathologist was asking, "Snozberries?!! Who's ever heard of a Snozberry!!!"
Wow - what an ordeal. We're so thankful to the Lord that it wasn't anything serious. Give Gracie a big huge hug for us!
More pictures please.
