Favorite Blogs

Each week I frequent several blogs of Christian mothers/wives/missionaries around the world. Some of them I know, some of them I may never meet until Heaven.

I stumbled on a few of these blogs, and have viewed them time and time again for the encouragement, recipes, ideas, etc that I find.

So I thought I'd share them with you. I also added them to our own blog so you can visit them often if you would like, too!

The Lockharts are a young couple that we met a few years ago in church. They came to share their desire to be missionaries and to raise support. Gracie was in the nursery with their girls, and I was able to talk with Esther (their mom) and get to know her some. They are now in Brazil and I love to check their blog to see how their ministry is going there!

Through the Lockhart's blog, I found the Four Princesses blog of missionaries in Jamaica. I love to see what their ministry is like and plus, she has a lot of girly crafts or ideas!

Somewhere along the line, I stumbled on Daily Pleasures, which has become such a favorite blog for me. I wish I could meet this lady. Her blog is an encouragement to me in so many ways. She is a mother of twelve and a woman who loves the Lord. She has helpful recipes, sewing crafts, books, and a lot of ideas on her blog.

The other blogs, I fell upon as well. I guess I just love the fact that all of these ladies are seeking to serve the Lord, and serve their families in the way that God would have them to. (Some as missionaries in far away places and some not so far.)

But our love for the Lord is our common bond. After all, we are part of the family of God! So technically, we are family. :)
