He Arose

How thankful we are for our salvation through Jesus Christ and the sacrifice He made on the cross! We praise God that He did not stay in the tomb but that He arose! This is the reason that we celebrate on Easter Sunday!

The drama that Grace participated in on Sunday was a wonderful reminder of how we are to rejoice in Jesus' resurrection just as the ladies did that very morning! It thrilled my heart to see our little pumpkin sing all the verses to "He Arose" with all of the other girls. They all did a great job!

We also had a cantata that Jake led this year. We pray that it was a blessing to everyone.

Unfortunately, I don't have a lot of pictures of the day. I totally forgot to ask someone to take a family picture of us. And I intended to take pictures outside (it was such a pretty day) but I was fighting a headcold and completely forgot!!

It was a wonderful day though. We had a delish' dinner at Nana and Grandpa's house and had a sweet time being in God's house, praising Him for all He has done for us!
