Grace has officially started school. These are pictures of her "first day of school". She flew through the lesson plan and enjoyed every minute of it!!!
God is so good. After much prayer, we decided on a game plan for schooling, what curriculum to use...when to start...what grade to start with...how to plan out the day...ETC!! The Lord has laid everything out SO smoothly. I was even praying about a specific day to begin our school year and the Lord answered it to the DAY!!!
We have selected the Abeka curriculum for now, and we are starting Grace out with Kindergarten (since she has gone through most of the PreK books in Abeka already).
God has been graciously helping her to learn so much! She is reading and writing and just soaking it all in like a sponge!
I am thankful for many homeschooling moms who have been both encouraging and helpful as we begin this new phase of life. We can hardly believe this phase is here already!!!
We praise God for giving us Gracie and allowing us the privilege of watching her grow and learn!

She is beaming! She is such a great, little student, and ever so smart! It is a blessing that you can home school her. She has the BEST teacher ever!
Kindergarten already!! Wow!! How exciting!! She is so smart, and how wonderful to have her mom as her teacher!! We will be praying for this 1st new year of school!
Awesome!!! Go, Gracie, Go!!! I really can't believe she's in school!! It's just crazy!! Have you looked into any homeschool groups at all?? LOL, poor Grace, it's like she's going to be the guinea pig for this whole new adventure! :) What a blessing to have such an eager little learner. Have fun & learn lots Gracie!!
Just catching up on the blogs and hopefully staying better in touch. I love "seeing" all of you. Gracie you are such a good student. Just like your mom. and such a good sister too!! hope to see you soon!
